These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Amara Wedding Planning Platform vendor sign-up website and related services (the "Service"). By submitting a vendor sign-up form or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms apply to wedding vendors only. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Amara is a wedding planning platform focused on helping vendors grow their presence in the Indian wedding market. Our website allows vendors to sign up for early access, express interest in subscription plans, and have vendor profiles created so their businesses can be discovered when the app launches.

When you sign up, you may provide business details such as your business name, contact information, location, vendor category, website and social media links, and your preferred subscription plan.

Sign-up does not guarantee acceptance into early access or app launch. Amara may review submissions and contact selected vendors at its discretion.

Early access vendors may have profiles created by the Amara team using publicly available information from the business details and online sources you provide or authorize.

By checking the consent box during sign-up, you authorize Amara to use publicly available information, photos, and business details from your website and social media profiles to create your vendor listing.

You also authorize Amara to feature this content on Amara's social channels to help promote vendor businesses, as described at sign-up.

You represent that you have the right to provide the information submitted and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You may request changes or removal of your listing by contacting us.

The website displays subscription tiers (Basic, Premium, and Elite) with monthly or yearly billing options. Pricing shown on the website is subject to change before launch.

Early access vendors may receive a promotional free trial period (currently advertised as three months of free advertising). No credit card is required at sign-up.

Your selected subscription plan is intended to begin after any applicable free trial ends following app launch. You will be able to cancel or modify your plan after launch. Final billing terms will be confirmed before any charges apply.

You agree not to submit false, misleading, or infringing information, impersonate another business, interfere with the Service, or use the Service for unlawful purposes.

Amara may remove or decline sign-ups that violate these Terms or that Amara reasonably believes are harmful to the platform or other users.

Amara aims to help vendors increase visibility and connect with couples planning weddings. However, we do not guarantee any specific number of leads, inquiries, bookings, revenue, or search placement results.

The Service, including its design, branding, and software, is owned by Amara Wedding Planning Platform or its licensors. You retain ownership of your business name, logos, and content, subject to the limited license you grant Amara to create and promote your vendor listing as described above.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis while Amara prepares for launch. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amara disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amara will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Amara may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date and posting updated Terms on the website.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Amara may suspend or terminate access to the Service where reasonably necessary to protect the platform or comply with law.

All subscription fees paid to Amara are final and non-refundable. Amara does not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused subscription time, plan changes, early cancellation, or lack of use of the Service.

Vendors may cancel their subscription at any time. To prevent charges for the next billing period, cancellation must be completed at least twenty-four (24) hours before the next scheduled renewal date. Cancellations received after this deadline will take effect at the end of the upcoming billing period, and the next renewal charge will still apply.
